I was a first-time patient and clearly told the clinic I had no prior experience with PT and asked what to expect. Core Sports have been amazing! I had a bulging disc and started working with Sean and the team for about 4-5 months. I couldn't walk for half a mile without having severe sciatic shooting down my left leg. Sean, CJ, Jamie, and team have done an incredible job working with me, scaling up my exercises, and encouraging me that I will be ready to run the Honolulu Marathon this December which I'm training for.
