Fess is the best weight in training instructor! He is very professional, knows physiology extremely well, and has an overall great attitude. If you want to get and keep your body strong he is the guy to see!
I love Core Sport, discovered accidentally. I had not done pilates before. The instructors go above and beyond to help. There's also strength training classes. Core Sport is kept very clean. So happy that I decided to try this place...it's been 2 yrs already. I feel more confident, walking taller!

An excellent facility! Great trainers. The organization is very well managed exceptionally clean. They have a variety of classes including Pilates, strength training and spin. I look forward to going every time!!
Core Sport is a whole lot more than a "gym". Small group classes for Pilates, free weights, spin, TRX, circuit, core mat, optional private training. Started coming here a few years ago, with injuries, hoping to reboot my health. I am vastly stronger now and feel fantastic. I keep coming here because of the wide variety of ways they offer to meet health goals and keep progressing. There is never a boring workout.
