The level of care that I had at this place was amazing! I felt genuinely cared for in every step of the physical therapy. It did not seem like it was about making money but about making me move better and learn more about how my body is moving. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to feel better in their day to day life. I can’t say enough good things about core and spine.

Dr. Andrew is one of very few doctors that I feel actually cares and takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about your recovery. He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable. You can really tell that he loves his job. I came in with a sternum issue that happened from Stand up paddle boarding on the river. I was not mentally in the best place because of the injury and not being able to paddle as much as I normally do and to the extent I wanted to. Dr Andrew is a huge help and great professional to work with. I came in with a lot of knee pain and 2 weeks until I was scheduled to run a half marathon. He quickly assessed the issue and put a plan together that not only addressed the injury, but also set me up for success in the future. Thanks to his help, I completed the race. If you are looking for the best physical therapist in Cameron Park, I cannot recommend Andrew enough. I’ve worked with several PTs in the past, but Andrew is on a completely different level.
