They said my check was returned to them by post office. They never notified me. They won’t give it to me electronically unless I file another claim. They won’t stop payment until it’s been three weeks. Bills are piling up while I’m out of work injured. They are blaming the hurricane. Bill collectors still want their money and I need MY money. Shop around for better service everyone.

I believe they discriminate on the basis of age and volunteered medical information. After completing the same form multiple times and conducting a phone screen because they never received the multiple completed forms that were emailed/mailed/faxed, they denied my application without explanation with a paraphrased response of "better luck next year."
