We loved working with Ian! He is professional, punctual, and had an amazing working knowledge of Columbus and the surrounding suburbs. He was able to show us houses AND explain what each area had to offer. Ian was thoughtful through the entire process and helped us find and buy our dream home. I scheduled a viewing twice and the first time Kelsey cancelled the day of the viewing and the second time kelsey did not show up, did not answer my call, nor return my call. I believe this is a poor and unprofessional reflection of this company will not be re-scheduling and will not proceed t any rental or future business.
Ian has been fantastic! Sold our house in 30 hours. Highly recommend! I appreciate his quick communication and experience!
