We recently discovered a plumbing problem underneath the concrete slab in our basement. The drain pipe had settled and created a dip which created blockages. The only solution was to cut through the concrete slab and re-grade the pipe, a process which created and enormous amount of debris and dust. Core was quick and efficient in responding to our flooded basement. The work cleaning up the water and replacing the flooring was excellent. They also helped us communicate with our insurance company. Overall, our experience was extremely positive, and I would use them again in the case of a similar home emergency.
