Everything Chris told us he would do in order to sell our house, he has done. He delivered the viewings from buyers that he promised, and he worked hard on our behalf to get the price we wanted. He was always available to chat and always kept us up to date on progress. We were at the top of a fairly long chain, and Chris worked really effectively to achieve exchange of contracts.
