Core Remodel and the owner Joe Chiavaroli hired our company to do custom millwork for a condo they were flipping in Chicago. All of our work was done on time and in a professional manner in June of 2022. Used funds for other jobs and did not pay subs. Nightmare experience
I hired Core Remodel to remodel my kitchen, paint and install new flooring in a one bedroom condo downtown Chicago. This project has been one of the worst experiences. It has been 10 months and the project is not finished. Joe Chiavaroli (the owner) doesn’t send workers to my place for months at a time, doesn't show up for appointments, and refuses to answer the phone when I call.
