Lazy, unresponsive, unhelpful. Hire literally anyone and they would be more competent than who is there right now.
If I was able to give half of a star I would: AVOID CORE REAL ESTATE GROUP AT ALL COSTS. This company is the definition of unprofessional property management. Maintenance requests go ignored for months, even major issues that were promised to be completed back in the spring still aren’t even touched. Balconies that were meant to be completed in April, I have yet to see a single person working on them.
