Hate this company, cant wait till we get rid of them. The fines and levy's that are placed on us via email without any physical letter sent to occupants is ridiculous as it is labeled spam or fraud when a email is sent. It feels like the third riche is running the show and fines and warnings are being handed out like a way to make money. Id give CORE half a star if I could. I live in Rosenthal and I believe the Core Real Estate Group works for better of the community. The parks and walks are always well kept with lovely flowers and plants. The park benches are a great touch for everyone to enjoy watching the wildlife and fountains in the ponds. Core Real Estate Group also puts on events and celebration gatherings for the community. I especially like the newsletter to keep all the residents update with the news and events of the community, or the changing laws of Edmonton that affect Rosenthal.

Terrible experience with this company We have made multiple written requests for a proper inspection report, cost estimate, and follow-up regarding an issue with the carpet. Instead of responding, the management company simply posts vague notices on our door, completely ignoring all reasonable communication. They are attempting to enter the unit and remove the carpet without our consent, without any inspection records, without cost estimates, and without giving us the opportunity to address or dispute the issue. I have complain because of their negligence and now obliged to pay legal fee and penalty to collection agency. They mismanage our homeowners in rosenthal subdivision. Our account was sent to collection agency because they forgot send us annual fee bill. I feel bad that I need to suffer as client for not doing their job.
