Worst place I've ever been, whole place sucks from staff to therapists, upper management, shouldn't even be in business
This is hard for me to give a low grade on this. I love my therapist and have always enjoyed my children’s as well. But the office staff are rude, the girls who work in the office are stuck up and very rude. The one who works for the med side is very rude she has blonde hair and got snappy with my younger daughter during a check in. I truly have thought of leaving but our therapist is one of the best. As Therapists go they have some of best caring , knowledgeable and dedicated therapists in the area. But this past year they lost my psychiatrist of 5 years. Since then their choices of CRNP’s are less than desirable. Marla Meyers CRNP lied to me saying she never got access to my chart, never spoke to my therapist of 5 years about my history and also falsely documented that I requested decreases in medications that I did not request . Because of her decreasing my dosages to quickly wo replacing it with something that worked ... read more
