This is the type of company who will only do the minimum amount of effort for the minimal amount of cost. They are the type of company to leave a window in a broken state before a tenant moves in and in order to hide it just turns on the heater. They will also just make you wait in silence for 2 weeks before addressing a maintenance request. They're the type of company that a renter needs to fight for every little thing. If you do not want your lawn trashed then stay away. When complained the owner blamed me for lawn being wet. I did not tell them to mow after a rain storm. They also will charge you for services not rendered.
Did a great job of spring clean up and mulching I recommend
