Be very weary of this company. They have newer managment who has Started to pull the old gym scam of sorry we didn't get notice , even though you gave notice to their staff 32 days before your last seasson. They have kept charging our credit card for the past two momths after for 488.50, and refused to refund. Per the terms our our agreement we gave notice to our trainer yet of course they claim shes not the proper person to give notice too. I started working with Jack recently and I’ve been really impressed! I’ve worked out on my own for years, but having someone actually watch my form, make adjustments, and explain why we’re doing certain things has made a huge difference! Jack brings a lot of energy to the sessions and definitely pushes you, but he’s also really good at meeting you where you’re at. They have an amazing chiropractor in there
I recently started training here and love it. The manager has wonderful energy and is making some cool changes to the facility. I'm working through some old injuries and their mindful approach has reinfused my excitement for lifting. Cool people and great energy!
