Bari has been a great trainer. Great balance between pushing you and balancing what’s best for you.
Such a great gym! The space is welcoming and everyone is super supportive, which made it much easier to get started and keep showing up. Spence has been awesome to work with. He’s encouraging, knowledgeable, and really great at meeting you where you’re at while still pushing you to do things you didn’t think you could. Would definitely recommend checking this gym out!
Owner is the worst. Avoid this place.
