Poor customer service. No responses. No refund process. I ordered pillows that I thought would work for me in November and when they arrived they were either not the right shape for my head or too big for my petite frame. The return policy shows that I can return it with the return label in the box, which wasn't there, or to call or email the company to get a return label. I really like my pillow. The only problem was I thought it was used because I saw " holes " in it. Apparently, that's normal from bubbles popping. Customer service is excellent.
