Core Prodigy has a knack for taking a fitness concept and blowing your mind with a better design or concept. For example, the Cherry Bomb Roller. I have terrible tightness in my hips and hamstrings, and while regular rolling works well, the heated concept works much better. I also had reconstructive surgery on my the plantar plate in my foot, and rolling with the Cherry Bomb has helped with my recovery. My poor daughter inherited my tight hips and this works great for her too!
I have been using this product, daily, since April 2017. I no longer have rounded shoulders, my scoliosis pain is gone, no more pain when I swim. I own a Pilates Reformer ($5000.00) and the Active posture exercises are better (and easier on my wrists).
CP is my absolute go-to for the best fitness products. They're all made extremely well and I've never been disappointed. I have been using the python power twister daily especially when i'm on the go or pressed for time. It gives in an incredible workout and pump no matter where you are. My family raves about the cherry bomb roller and next up for me is the slant/incline board for stretching!
