They came and gave me an estimate and scheduled a date to start. No show with a long excuse, rescheduled for the following week...again no show with another excuse. Received a long apology from Chris, general manager and I was told he would come and do it himself the following Monday and give me a 10 percent discount....guess what...NO SHOW NO CALL. He wouldn't answer my phone calls or texts. Very poor customer service and professionalism. Do not recommend.
One of the foremans named Chris is a terrible person. He is rude and disrespectful and always had an attitude. He would always belittle his employees.. I like to think this review will help people see how poor this guy is. Do not recommend
He always left the message Three days and the message was full . I couldn’t get him . I gave up.
Booked an appointment online, on Sunday the 16th. Scheduled it for today, at 5:00....it looked as though they may schedule in 1 hour increments/time frames, so I figured between 5:00-6:00. Waited to eat dinner, waited to start laundry.....5:58 we started making dinner. It is now 7:00, no show, no call, no text, no email. PATHETIC!!!
