Had an appointment with Susan today. She was so lovely and gentle and explained everything so well
Its this simple: 1.Running is my primary sport - I injured my foot - plantar fascia etc 2.i wasted 3 months not running at all trying to fix it myself because I think of podiatrists as people who just want to make orthotics that end up in the bin - my worst fears were that I was done and not going to be able to run properly again - I thought it would go away by itself with time 3.
