We sent my dad a check for Father's Day....my dad cashed at CorePlus CU where he has been a member almost 20 years...i was a member there once too. Never the less he gets a letter in mail saying he was charged 25 and 50 taken out of account because " acct" not located .....i called and they tell me that my check scanned dark ...hmmm duh set so it doesn't scan dark...they couldn't read check # ...so i ask can i give to you now. Girl told me she couldn't do ...and WILL NOT REFUND FEE .....its their Fault!!!!! They deducted $75... read more
