Great Men's Workout I have been taking Pilates for the past 9 years and Core Pilates offers men a comfortable place to learn a new mind-body exercise. Studios can tend to focus on women. Core Pilates offers a terrific Saturday class oriented toward men and there are a lot of male athletes and husbands that participate. They offer a great mans workout.
