The billing department is atrocious. I have reached out directly multiple times and filed a BBB Complaint. They continue to balance bill us for a service my husbands insurance covered with no patient responsibility. I have called, my insurance company as called and they refuse to adjust the remaining contractual balance per Medicaids request. I am told it is MY responsibility to provide them with an EOB when THEY are CONTRACTED with Medicaid and handle billing them. I am lied to being told the balance is Medicaid Coinsurance... read more
I would call the actions at this location negligent at best. People don’t go to the doctor unless they need help, yet the staff here made it very clear that caring for patients is not a priority. We went in seeking answers, and when they couldn’t come up with a diagnosis, they ordered bloodwork, only to then tell us their system was down and they had no workaround. 25 minutes on hold is ridiculous. Yes , I waited that long out of spite just to see if it would take that long. OMG!!! It did , that is absurd and ridiculous. That’s a complete joke. Sorry if you’re sick or need to see someone right away. They wonder why these pop up clinics are doing so well. I ended up hanging up at 27 minutes and wrote this review 😡 freaking ridiculous! This is our health care system. Frightening to say the least!
I have been going to Core for years and cannot believe such petty complaints from patients . Could it be your impatient , unprepared , overly sensitive or too demanding ? The staff and doctors have always been wonderful . Sadly people feel too entitled to treat others with such disrespect if everything doesn't go their way .
