Service is good, hours are terrible. They closed several locations, and the ones that are still open are always busy. No Saturday hours.
Was told to sign in and wait, signed in and waited. Brought in by lab tech then told they can’t draw my blood after because the last pick up is 5pm and it was about 5:05. So if you weren’t doing any more labs why did you have me sign in and then take me in and take my lab order? Waste of time.
If you’re looking to get your lab work done save time and don’t come here. It’s not a lab despite the google listing and Core Physicians clearly doesn’t care to correct their listing- which they could do easily. Also they don’t answer their phone so I had to call my doctors office who directed me to the right address but the wrong building. I’m now at my third location making a 5 minute drive into a 25 minute drive. Fasted blood work so I’m starving, and I’m missing out on pay since they dont operate outside working hours. I had to swing by this lab recently, and couldn’t have had a better experience. I usually don’t get to go to this location because it’s always so packed, but I got lucky stopping by in the early afternoon. I have a needle phobia that can lead to fainting and when I explained that I felt very much taken care of. The woman that worked with me was so kind and efficient, but also gave me the time to be sure I was listening to my body and was okay to leave.
