Previous patient walks out while I walk in and they cancel my appointment for being 10 minutes late. Called twice and they wouldn't answer phone. Place is a scam.
Dr Eric Anderson is terrific. He was incredibly relatable, patient, nice, helpful and even funny. Although there were not really answers for my visit, I felt heard and thought he provided some good explanations despite no real medical solution (tinnitus). I am very pleased with my visit and think he is just the best most personable Dr I've come in contact with. Thank you
Never using this place again. The doctor and audiologist were very nice, but the person working the front desk is incredibly unpleasant, the place is impossible to get a hold of (always end up leaving a message after somehow being on hold for 15 minutes, despite zero people being in this office the 2 times I have gone...) and then I cancel an appointment two times (once in person with above mentioned front desk person and once online) yet they call me claiming I didn't show up.
