I love my doctors at Core, but, the administration is a nightmare. Labs not scheduled, 4 months for an MRI (and they won't look or advise on outside services. They have an online portal, but, refuse to communicate any information through it unless you ask and then they forget to send it half the time. Almost as bad as the VA.
Core Physicians as a practice has a lot of issues. They employ some talented doctors, but the doctors appear to be strangled by unreasonable expectations. When I see my primary he becomes visibly stressed if the appointment is taking too long because I have a complex concern. I found out today that they forgot to schedule my next physical, and cannot even book it a year in advance, now they have to book it 18 months in advance.
