This place has gotten worse and worse over the years. The administrators have absolutely ruined a great hospital. Selling out to BILH is the final straw. Service has gone down and I feel bad for the people that work there, having to deal with angry patients. I work for my medical insurance. I am sure CORE does not discount their charges if you go to a PA. I signed up to go to a MD, 15 years ago, and thats who I should get. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Learned my lesson to check the notes before leaving. Dr put zero notes in about my actual issues and once I got in touch asking for help because something was missed was told "She would have put it in there if you said it." But on both accounts of referrals there are absolutely no notes of my actual issues and concerns I brought up at my appointment. Do not go here if you actually need help with long term medical problems.
I'm updating to say a week later I've had no luck getting in touch with them, they haven't returned my request for a refund. Original review as follows - I wanted a test for a specific disorder. I called, "I'd like to be tested for ___, can you make an appointment to test me?" They made me an appointment. Got there, they charged me for an office visit. Paid my copay. I saw Matt Robinson first then he left. He was very smart. I met with Dr Alderson for about a year. He should not treat patients. Dr Alderson's advice for my daily chronic migraines and cluster headaches was "smoke a lot of pot". I was surprised that's all he offered for help. His office faxed my information to someone it was not intended..breaking HIPPA laws. His office rarely returns calls and they usually goanswered
