After considerable trial and error in finding the right doctor, I chose Core Physicians because I had heard positive feedback about the practice. However, after less than six months as a patient, I'm surprised this office is still open. In June, after routine blood work, Dr. Tina Nichols told me I would receive my results by mail, which never happened. Dr is great. Refill call line horrible, they say they send in refills, they don't. You can not call to speak the person in the actual office, all calls are call centers. Horrible service from refills call line. Each refill i call to request, person on line says it will be taken care of. Month after month, it is never taken care of. Script runs out and I have to call multiple times, multiple days until it is completed.
Wow! I have been using Core for a few years now and very rarely write reviews. Today I called in to get a routine order for bloodwork (had requested it previously via their messaging system and a phone call 24+ hours ago with no replies). I actually needed to same test last year for work and had no issues. The woman who spoke with me on the phone today was extremely condescending and rude. As a healthcare provider myself, I found this very off putting. Might be going elsewhere given this experience.
This used to be a convenient place to get bloodwork done. Since Beth Israel bought Exeter Hospital, the service has gone downhill. They used to have weekend hours, but now they don’t. My primary care physician is leaving the practice. Sad to see the decline of healthcare in my hometown. UPDATE: They have now earned a one-star rating.
