Wow! I have been using Core for a few years now and very rarely write reviews. Today I called in to get a routine order for bloodwork (had requested it previously via their messaging system and a phone call 24+ hours ago with no replies). I actually needed to same test last year for work and had no issues. The woman who spoke with me on the phone today was extremely condescending and rude. As a healthcare provider myself, I found this very off putting. Might be going elsewhere given this experience.
This used to be a convenient place to get bloodwork done. Since Beth Israel bought Exeter Hospital, the service has gone downhill. They used to have weekend hours, but now they don’t. My primary care physician is leaving the practice. Sad to see the decline of healthcare in my hometown. UPDATE: They have now earned a one-star rating. I took a half-day off work to get a blood draw, which is frustrating enough. I got there when they opened ant 7:30 and there were 12 people ahead of me.
