Drove here when I was sick and was late because they never answer phone, have wrong directions and phone tree is unnecessarily long, they don't text and there's no actual sign for building from road and then rudly refused to see me for being late.

horrible blood draw experience. I made it clear to the phlebotomist that I had a bleeding disorder and I get hematoma so I have to have a butterfly needle used. no one has ever given me issues in the past about this. she then proceeded to ask if I was on blood thinners, even though I already told her I had a bleeding disorder. Looking at past reviews, I see that my complaint isn’t uncommon. We had a 4:00 appointment, made it into the office at 4:14, by the time someone came out to check us in it was 4:16. We were told the Dr wouldn’t see us. I knew we would be late, called just before 4:09 to say we would be there by 4:15 and was told it would be up to the RN if he would see us or not.
