It always takes way too long to reach anyone on the phone. And when you show up for your appointment you end up waiting an extra 30 minutes In the waiting room for no good reason. Hell, i had to use the general restroom once (you know, the ones everyone uses out in the lobby) AND THE SINK WASNT WORKING!!!?
Impossible to reach anyone by phone and the online system is a complete joke. After THREE days of the run around, we were denied a referral for the Covid antibody test. Criminal. And the doctor never called back.

Awfull. Absolutely stay away from this place.
The doctor was very cold and rude. I waisted my entire day as they were absolutely no help. They did not even ask how my symptoms were. Honestly I am confused as to who gave her any type of medical licence. There was not even anything on the visit review because they literally did nothing. If you want a primary care that cares about your time, this is definitely not the place.
