I’m very happy I found Dr. Little. He takes the time to listen. Offers advice with the research behind it. I’m already feeling better and improving my overall health.
By far the absolute worst experience I’ve had with any doctors office, ever. Administratively they’re a nightmare. It’s taken two months for them to order tests and send it to the local hospital, despite me calling at least 2-3x per week. Everytime I call it’s starting over again. It’s like speaking with a bunch of robots that are malfunctioning. They take so incredibly long to get anything done. We have been chasing doctors for months for referrals and they all but told us we need to do our own research for specialists for them to refer us to. After waiting weeks for the referral, the specialist was on vacation for 4 weeks. Refills take days for approval, you never get calls back when they say they will, you have to call multiple times to get anything done. It’s so frustrating - patient care is so unbelievably poor.
