Impossible to refill prescriptions that require monthly authorization with the new system they switched to in December 2025. Calls not returned, pharmacy not getting proper communication, and no one at the office is allowed nor willing to be of help. Forced back into the medication refill line that already doesn’t work. Even went to the office directly to have it authorized and submitted. Still nothing. Their hands are tied and cannot provide any assistance with it. Trish was awesome today and has been great to deal on a number of occasions!
Every time I go there they mess something up, prescribing the wrong medications, misdiagnosing, and when they can’t figure out what’s wrong with you they just say you have to live with whatever you have. Completely useless
Place should be shut down. So many complaints. From refills to getting actual care place is an absolute joke. Avoid
