By far the absolute worst experience I’ve had with any doctors office, ever. Administratively they’re a nightmare. It’s taken two months for them to order tests and send it to the local hospital, despite me calling at least 2-3x per week. Everytime I call it’s starting over again. It’s like speaking with a bunch of robots that are malfunctioning. They take so incredibly long to get anything done. We have been chasing doctors for months for referrals and they all but told us we need to do our own research for specialists for them to refer us to. After waiting weeks for the referral, the specialist was on vacation for 4 weeks. Refills take days for approval, you never get calls back when they say they will, you have to call multiple times to get anything done. It’s so frustrating - patient care is so unbelievably poor. I really love this place. My daughter's doctor is amazing.
Almost two hours to return a triage call during the day for an infant with a possible breathing concern is unacceptable. By the time the triage line even called back we had just gone to urgent care to seek medical advice, which ended up not being necessary.
