We have been to several different physical therapist and this one is very different. First, we inquired about charges and were actually billed 3 times the amount quoted....their response was "sorry". Secondly, we cancelled our follow up appointment BEFORE we received the charges because the appointment for physical therapy was instead an appointment that the PT wanted to "retrain" the brain from an injury 3 years ago so that the body wouldn't think another part of the body was hurting. I have gone to Core physical therapy several times over the last few yrs. First for back issues and lately shoulder issues. Jodi Hook, is absolutely fantastic. Easy to understand. Great personality and Knows her stuff forwards and backwards and has afforded me relief when I was afraid it couldn't be done. Thank you, Jodi!
