Staff doesn’t know how to properly bill customers. Was told that I’d have to pay $30-$40/session but it ended up being $85/session. If they quote you a cheap price make sure to double check cause you’ll end up waking up to a $1,850 bill like I did.
I spent time at Brookside Physical Therapy both before and after my spinal fusion surgery. The therapists are so knowledgeable and encouraging and I progressed rapidly during my time with them. It was enjoyable to work with such terrific people in such a pleasant and welcoming environment! It is definitely a 5-star business.
Joey (PT) at Brookside has been super helpful for this aging body. I initially came to Brookside (when it was Fyzical) because of osteoarthritis (OA) flare-ups with my knees. Since, then, we have also dealt with OA in an ankle, shin-split type issues, and most recently nerve issues in my neck. Joey has been great with a host of stretches/exercises for me to do. I chose Brookside rehab from my total knee replacement but also was hoping to get PT for increasing my balance. I GOT BOTH! And I am so very pleased with the results. Joey was my PT and he is amazing. He struck the perfect balance between being an enthusiastic cheerleader for my progress and an exacting taskmaster for making sure I did things properly and consistently. The front desk reception was always welcoming and helpful. Ash is wonderful. I had a totally positive experience and highly recommend these folks.
