I came to Core post-meniscus surgery after reading great things about them. The treatment, program, and environment have been nothing short of excellence. The things I love to do are very physically demanding and require athleticism, strength, and mobility. Without the fantastic guidance through the PT program I am currently doing at core, I don’t think I would ever get back to where I was at. I needed physical therapy for post op treatment from a hip surgery. I just randomly picked this place and I highly recommend! Everyone is so so friendly and make physical therapy actually enjoyable! 10/10 recommend
Three months ago, I started receiving physical therapy treatments from Mark. He immediately began treating health issues associated with Tech Neck, which had been causing neck pain and headaches that had prevented me from getting enough sleep each night. Mark treated me with dry needling and other related therapy, which eliminated the knots in the area of my shoulders and neck.
