Dr. Alex is the real deal. I was in rough shape when I sought him out two months ago - sidelined by persistent hip and lower back pain and unable to run recreationally. I have been seeing Dr. Alex for a reoccurring shoulder issue and he was able to help me strengthen my shoulder and give me exercises to continue the mobility progress. Most importantly, he gave me confidence so I can continue exercising without fear of re-injury. He is friendly and very knowledgeable and his schedule is flexible so making appointments is easy. Also plenty of parking at his office!
