We bring our son to Dr Peck and I have seen Dr Anderson. Fantastic experience with both, and all the staff here!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Policies, so many of them that they are not receptive to sharing. I was on time for an appointment but went to the wrong location, got to the correct location within 10 mins of my appointment time and they refused to see me. This was after waiting 6 mos for an appointment. I asked to see the policy that stated 10mins was too long, and they would not provide it. Terrible customer service
We met with Alex Pace, who is an audiologist at Core. She came recommended and I'm so glad we are working with her. She's friendly, prompt, and was great with my daughter who has unilateral hearing loss.
Make appointment 1 month ago, came into office wait for 30 minute and ask the front desk they told me that they have to reschedule me because they need audio.
Dr. Anderson is a consummate professional. He correctly diagnosed a respiratory issue I have that several primary care, ER doctors, and pulminologists failed to figure out. He is also disarming and down to Earth, making patients feel comfortable. I've found some doctors are over booked and handle patients like they are on an assembly line, trying to quickly rush on to the next one - but not Dr. Anderson.
