Horrific cleaning service. They caused over $1000 worth of damage when they dropped and broke a Baccarat figurine on an RH glass table; they also cracked a Waterford wine glass, not to mention their cleaning is shoddy at best. Do not employe Core Ops unless you’re looking to have your property manhandled carelessly. Unprofessional on a level I’ve never experienced.

I spoke with the manager, Steven, who walked me through the process and offered a very reasonable price compared to others. He came across as upfront and honest, so I decided to give him a shot — and I’m so glad I did. The results were fantastic. Thank you, Steven, for making the house spotless and going the extra mile!
