Highly recommend!! Awesome and safe core workouts & support for any age or ability! Grateful to be a part of this group, Kaye & Shannon have the knowledge and expertise all women need for pelvic floor & core health.
The workouts are so good! They offer options to still workout when exhausted and when feeling like you can crush it. The support and guidance is so helpful. This is truly a community of support and exercise. If you have any pelvic, hip or core issues try this.
I learned about Core Love when I was 4 months postpartum with my second baby. I really wished I knew about Kaye and Shannon sooner! I've been taking classes for over a year and love how strong I've become. I can lift/carry a one AND three year old with ease because of them :) Would highly recommend these ladies and their programs.
