Erica is the best! She brings good vibes and peppy-but-not-annoying energy to the class. I’m new to the torture chambers of pilates and she helped make sure I was set up for success multiple times throughout class. Fresh off the reformer, I now feel relaxed like I just took a yoga class, sore and fatigued like I was just pushed down the stairs, and accomplished like I just won a fist fight. I shall return!
Core LKN is amazing and has completely transformed my body! Their coaches are fabulous and always give you a total-body workout. I love their high intensity, low impact approach and their small classes. I highly recommend Core LKN!
Could not love CORE LKN more! I can't say enough about the workouts, especially how well thought out each class is. I am thrilled to have found CORE LKN - can't imagine a better work out for me.
