Clean environment. The fancy massage chair was a nice surprise. About half of the staff was nice about half of the time in my 3 visits. I have been having pellets inserted for over 10 years. My last doctor never followed up with the required bloodwork. I started loosing hair and sought another doctor. My blood levels were way off. I have been on TRT for over 10 years with multiple doctors. Had a few issues, one numbed me for insertion and then cut me with a scalpel where I wasn’t numb. Ouch!!! Another promised all this additional health testing. Needles to say it never happened. I knew Dr Willie from the gym. He convinced me to use the 2x weekly injections as it would keep my T levels even. Unlike the inserted pellets. I now like the injections over pellets. Updated to 1 star, as its been almost 3 weeks since I had blood work done and STILL no update or communication from these folks, besides them telling me ill have to schedule a follow up to go over my blood work(which i have to pay again for)....which a follow up date isnt for another 3 or 4 weeks. Everyone at the office is nice, but this is pretty shitty business tactics
Dr V and his team always take extra care of us! We have felt so much better since being under his care. Especially Mia..she always goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. Thanks CORE team!
