I work in retail and am on my feet all day, standing on a cement floor, going up and down stairs and working from a hand held notepad. My shoulder and neck are in a constant state of tension. Dr. Mckay started a comprehensive treatment schedule for me that includes heat, massage, physical therapy and adjustment. What a difference! I feel human again!
My lower back had been in excruciating pain for a good amount of time I was unable to partake in various activities such as practice and games including the gym and weight room, and after a couple of appointments to the core health center, the pain was relieved. Now my back feels better then ever.
