This is hands down the best workout I’ve ever done! Classes are small and feel like a good community. Every time I leave the studio I feel stronger and taller. Thank you Core Havn for giving me a safe space to workout in.
Jose at Core Havn is the absolute best trainer! I always look forward to my personal training sessions with him and after over a year of consistent 2x a week sessions, I can confidently say I am the strongest and most toned I’ve been in 15 years.
Love that Core Havn provides a challenging and supportive workout for people of all levels of fitness.
Not an official lagree studio but they use a similar machine and moves. Definitely cater to the moms of MI so the classes and spring loads are not as intense or difficult as studios in LA or NYC. Great intimate class size though and you can always advance any move. I do wish we were in moves for longer times but that’s just subjective. I love coming to this studio when I’m back home on the island! Would love to see a 60min or advanced class too.
