Core HAVN classes have dramatically improved my golf game over the years. I am now down to a 4.9 which is the lowest I've ever been. Core strength, balance, leg strength- everything. The key is to keep at it and trust your body but it is HARD! Shout out to Julie Mock!...a.k.a. Julie ROCK.
Unacceptable and unprofessional. I was offered a Pilates class by this studio via email, accepted it, received confirmation, and was verbally confirmed by phone. Despite this, my reservation was canceled at the last minute by the studio, with no valid explanation or attempt to honor what they had already promised. I love their classes. It’s been only two weeks and I feel so much stronger. Can’t wait to see the results in the long term. Every instructor has been really supportive and nice.
Being locked out for arriving one minute late. A wellness space should feel supportive, not cold and inflexible. I have attended more than 20+ classes, and I have seen people being late maybe very late and still get in, I’m wondering what happened today can be considered as discrimination. Also this is not the only time I feel being treated differently, their policies require all people wearing a grip socks, but I have seen people barefoot on the platform, the instructor definitely saw it but just let that happen.
