It’s definitely a full body workout! Core Havn was instrumental in helping me become sufficiently fit to ski six consecutive days (6 hours a day) in the Dolomites. After being a marathon runner and triathlete, I thought I was in pretty good shape. Through Core Havn, I have found my weaknesses. However, I feel and see the improvements and look forward to continuing on this path of greater strength and fitness.
Core HAVN classes have dramatically improved my golf game over the years. I am now down to a 4.9 which is the lowest I've ever been. Core strength, balance, leg strength- everything. The key is to keep at it and trust your body but it is HARD! Shout out to Julie Mock!...a.k.a. Julie ROCK.
Unacceptable and unprofessional. I was offered a Pilates class by this studio via email, accepted it, received confirmation, and was verbally confirmed by phone. Despite this, my reservation was canceled at the last minute by the studio, with no valid explanation or attempt to honor what they had already promised. As a new client at the Mercer Island location, this was my first experience—and it showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time.
