Core Gymball class is an essential part of my week. It helps develop good habits and repair of pelvic floor and strengthening. The classes are fun and well organised. Natasha, Rachel and Harmoni are all wonderful instructors and I feel lucky to be part of this great community.
Every session at gymball is different. The instructors have a focus each term and deliver the program a way that suits all levels of ability. It’s not only beneficial physically but a fun experience all round. Highly recommend core ball and the fantastic team of instructors. Give it a go … you won’t regret it.
I love my twice weekly Core Gymball Classes. Warm, friendly and fun classes led by concerned and engaged Physiotherapists. A great way to keep fit!
These wonderful classes have helped me with my stability, balance, strength etc. They are run by physiotherapists who cater for everyone in the class. They keep it fun and interesting. I really look forward to going to my classes. Everyone is so friendly. Oh and you learn lots facts about different topics such as bone density along the way.
Only new to gym ball. Both my husband and I are going to classes and found it excellent at meeting the level we are both at. The instructors are well qualified to engage at different levels of fitness and facilitate the needs post op. Very encouraging. Thanks.
