Joe worked on my neck and shoulders and it has completely changed my life! Not the place for kids. Avoid Coach MO at all costs. This is definitely not a good person to have around your children. My kids loved working with him. He seems like an upstanding guy. Coach Joe assured me that this was one of his best trainers for kids . My kids really liked MO ,they sang his praises asked for more training sessions with him. I am absolutely loving my experience at Core FSN! I had never tried small-group personal training before, but it turns out it’s exactly what I needed. I’ve been doing group training in the mornings for over five years consistently, and the attention to detail, personalized programming and outright fun I have there is like nothing a gym has given me in the past.
