Sent my 10 yr old son here for agility training. Although he was a little apprehensive at first, the coaches made it fun and he started to enjoy going more and more. I saw a difference in his quickness and strength. Coach Joe and the other coaches are great.
I’m a 64-year-old woman, and I started working out at Core Gym a few months ago. Almost right away, my knees started bothering me. Joe, the owner—who has a wealth of knowledge—took the time to explain why I was experiencing pain, recommended I get new shoes, and showed me two stretches to do. I’m not sure if it was any one thing, but thanks to his guidance, I’m now walking and working out pain-free. I love this place!
Trevor and team at Core FSN really helped my 11yr old son develop great workout habits and techniques that have helped him build strength and speed. Two important things for a football player!
I'v been working out here for a few months now, and I love everything about it. Joe, the owner is very knowledgeable and you can hear the passion in his voice in all aspects of fitness. Coaches Trevor and Ryan design the workouts to help you achiever your goals no matter what shape you're in. The camaraderie with the other members is my favorite part. If you're done with the excuses, this is the place for life long health!
