My friend and I signed up for the first free class, we were late for the weekend class and texted to reschedule and the instructor was really accommodating and let us reschedule for another class. We went to the restore on a Monday evening, it was incredible! Relaxing but strengthening. Small class, wasn’t too crowded. Teacher was knowledgeable. We had a great time. Kristen is one of the best fitness professionals I’ve ever worked with. She knowledgeable, personable, and encourages everyone to listen to their own bodies and do their very best.
I love Core Fitness + Yoga. The HIIT and athletic yoga classes are fun and challenging, and no two workouts are the same. Kristen provides individualized support even in a group setting and pays attention to overall wellness. The music is great too!
