Never a dull moment at Core Fitness! Experienced Trainers who accommodate all my injuries and tailor my exercises accordingly. These guys always have a smile on their faces (even at 6am in Winter!) and make training so much fun.
Group classes that make you love working out! The location is stunning - right next to the beach so you can go for a quick dip after the session or a walk along the beach to cool down. The sessions are always outside (unless it's raining) so usually you get to work out while the sun is setting or rising! The sessions themselves are always great. Best trainers with time options that fit in with my busy timetable. I love the sense of community and the amount of motivation I have to go to my sessions. I cannot recommend core fitness enough!
Great trainers, super fun vibe, never intimidating. They have achieved the seemly impossible by getting me to exercise, and enjoy it! Highly recommend.
