Wonderful classes.....personal feel in a group setting. Cardio, kick boxing and weight training. Fun atmosphere, great people....45 minutes of sweat!! New routines daily!! Give it a try!!!
Wonderful gym with supportive and knowledgeable trainer who creates fun and challenging exercises to help you reach your fitness goals.
This place is the best place I have found to work out at. Marika is a great trainer she accommodates to everyone's skills and fitness levels and a broad range of class times. The gym is a no judgment zone, with a wide variety of ages and fitness levels. Her classes consists of different types of workouts to work the whole body. Highly recommend!!!
