Excellent fitness facility with top professional trainers. Been going there for five years after being referred by a friend who also goes there to exercise frequently. Very clean, and top of the line equipment, too!

I love using Core Fitness Trainee For You and my trainer Cassie O'Daniels. I get the exercise variety i love with a tailor made fitness program by an experienced trainer without all the time constraints. I have the option for a training time with my trainer and/or a personalized workout at my convenience. However, I still get the accountability I need because while the time I do the workouts is my choice I still have to maintain my workout routine and my trainer checks in on me when I miss a workout.
