While I completely understand there is pressure on the Healthcare system, there is no reason for some of the staff and doctors at this clinic to treat clients the way they do. This red haired woman in particular is always nasty when I arrive or call, i can tell it is her on the phone as she is miserable. I have been going to this clinic for 15+ years, previously seeing Dr. Hosford, who was fantastic. Since Dr. Megan Chi took over, I have had consistently poor experiences and a noticeable lack of care. I had multiple disappointing interactions with Dr. Chi, both in prior appointments and during a recent phone call initiated by her office. There are some very kind staff here, but sometimes it gets overshadowed by employees like this.
