Became a patient in this clinic recently. Visited a few times, receptionists were really helpful specially Muskan, with my appointments and even booked my appointment on the same day. Dr.Brzozowski is a wonderful doctor, clears my all doubts and treats really well.
Dr. Nair has been very understanding and helpful as I navigate my mental health journey. The staff are timely and make everything easy and accessible for their patients. Kudos!
The receptionists are limited in their tasks. Also management is rude and not clients oriented . Any attempts to have a decent service is cut off by the management. Also they are never present on request.
