I booked my appointment a week ago and even called yesterday to confirm it. When I arrived at the clinic today, I was surprised to hear that there was no record of my appointment. This was frustrating and a complete waste of time. The only way to see my doctor was to book another appointment on a different day. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service delivered by Dr. Nair and his team.
Disorganized receptionists. Constantly have to call because simple tasks have been forgotten or not passed along included scripts sent to wrong pharmacies, important messages not being passed along, etc.
Became a patient in this clinic recently. Visited a few times, receptionists were really helpful specially Muskan, with my appointments and even booked my appointment on the same day. Dr.Brzozowski is a wonderful doctor, clears my all doubts and treats really well.
