Great gym And Mike is amazing trainer. The atmosphere is very friendly And everybody gets along. You really get a good workout in. I would definitely recommend
Michael Shane is a game changer! I started with him in January and I'm down 92 lbs. He is patient and uplifting and keeps things exciting. I highly recommend his one on one sessions as well as the classes. I've met some wonderful people through this process. I will be forever grateful!
Michael is am amazing trainer and all our awesome person ! I tried starting my weigjtloss journey years ago and nothing was working good for me. I met Mike and lost 100lbs in less than 9 months ! He helped and encouraged me the whole way through and pushed me to be a better me!
