We have been with Core elevator for a short 4 months so far. The service they provide is outstanding, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, personal and extremely professional. They truly go beyond the extra mile for their clients!! Our community elevator was in the worst possible shape in every which way before we switched to Core elevator. They have been able to essentially resuscitate our elevator to a level that we have not experienced in the last 23+ years!!! Thank you especially to Gina!!! She is our miracle worker!!!
Gina is amazing she’s so thoughtful and detailed oriented. She came out to our property inspected the elevator, did some light maintenance and explained everything that needed to be done to keep it working nice for years to come.
Core Elevator fixed our broken elevator two weeks ago. They ordered new parts that came in quickly, and kept us updated. The technician was excellent and definitely knew what he was doing. The lady that runs the office was very helpful and professional. I would recommend them and use them in the future.
