I honestly don’t think neither staff nor the management knows how to handle the clients. Results are never communicated to the clients often prompting them to visit this facility twice. Front desk Staffs are rude and lethargic in doing their work. Companies need to take their business elsewhere.
Friendly staff but expect to spend at least 45 minutes to an hour here even if your first in line at 7:30.
