I hired this company to do some home renovations and we had a good experience. I would definitely hire them again for future work. My 79-year-old home needed a kitchen renovation and we added a bedroom with full bath in the basement. The basement project included an egress window and extra doors for the laundry & storage areas. according to the auditor website, this contractor flipped our current home before we bought it- we bought the house in the winter, come spring it was to our surprise that they used interior paint on our deck so it was completely destroyed. No bead board, metal framing, flat paint & non working exhaust fan in the bathroom has led to accumulation of mold and rust seeping through the paint on the ceiling within the first year of living. Dan and Brian communicated with us through the entire process, we’re very upfront and honest when we had to address foundation issues, very detail oriented with the work and delivered above and beyond our expectations.
