Best denist experience for my 15 year old autistic son ever!
I wouldn't even take my dogs here!!! The receptionists are absolutely unprofessional & rude.. and that's me putting it kindly! And they can absolutely speak to you HOWEVER they see fit, but when you don't allow them to speak to you like crap, you're automatically "one of those parents," which is absurd. They ALL need a good course in how they treat & talk to the parents, period. My Young adult out of state college student loved Dr. Ellsworth and his staff (her big Sis Kyrah). She’s sad to be aging out and possibly not being able to be seen again.
I wouldn't even take my dogs here!!! The receptionists are absolutely unprofessional & rude.. and that's me putting it kindly! Dr. E is a super nice man, but he allows his receptionists & others to speak to the parents just however they see fit to & THAT is bad for HIS business! I work with the elderly in home healthcare & I've NEVER met such unprofessional people who simply don't TRULY care about the kids teeth.. they're just getting as MANY "tenncare kids" as possible, mine were among those two!
